SAN ANTONIO — The UTSA men's golf team will make the short drive south to Laredo to compete at this weekend's Border Olympics for the seventh consecutive year. The two-day tournament tees off on Friday at Laredo Country Club (par 72/7,125 yards).
The Roadrunners will be a part of an 18-team field that also includes No. 37 Houston, Lamar, Little Rock, Louisiana-Lafayette, Louisiana-Monroe, McNeese State, Nevada, New Mexico State, Notre Dame, Rice, Sacramento State, Sam Houston State, Southern Miss, St. Mary’s, Stephen F. Austin, Texas State and UTEP.
The teams will play 36 holes on Friday followed by the final round on Saturday.
