UTSA to conclude home campaign on Wednesday against I-35 rival Texas State

SAN ANTONIO — UTSA will conclude its home campaign on Wednesday when it hosts I-35 rival Texas State at 3 p.m. The match is a make-up of the March 11 contest that was postponed due to wet courts.

The Roadrunners (9-9) got back to their winning ways last week against a pair of former Southland Conference foes. UTSA, which has won three of its last four outings, edged Lamar by a score of 4-3 on Tuesday before downing Nicholls, 4-2, on Saturday in Hattiesburg, Miss. Sunday's tilt at Southern Miss was cancelled due to rain.

Jacobea Junger continues to pace the Roadrunners in singles play this spring, as the senior from Stuttgart, Germany, owns a 10-5 record.
