SAN ANTONIO — UTSA will look to even its Conference USA record when it hosts FIU at 7 p.m. on Thursday at the Convocation Center.
The Roadrunners (4-14, 2-3 C-USA) are coming off a 71-67 win over UTEP last Saturday. Christian Wilson led a 15-point second-half rally with a career-high 25 points to help UTSA to its first-ever win over the Miners in San Antonio and the first since the Roadrunners joined Conference USA in 2013. The Baton Rouge, La., native added a career-best nine rebounds and five assists in the contest.
Meanwhile, the Panthers (9-9, 3-2 C-USA) have won five of their last seven games and are coming off a split against Louisiana Tech and Southern Miss last weekend.
