UTSA in sixth after opening day of Border Olympics

LAREDO, Texas — Chad Sewell is tied for 11th place and the UTSA men's golf team is in sixth after opening-day action at the Border Olympics on Monday at Laredo Country Club (par 72/7,375 yards).

The second round was suspended due to darkness with most teams through 16 of 18 holes. The 18-team field will resume the second round on Tuesday morning followed immediately by the final round.
