SAN ANTONIO — UTSA will look to build on the momentum from Wednesday's thrilling victory against Lamar this weekend when it travels to Hattiesburg, Miss., to take on Nicholls and Southern Miss. The Roadrunners and Colonels will square off at 3 p.m. on Saturday and that will be followed by a 10 a.m. contest the following morning against the Golden Eagles.
UTSA (8-9) snapped its two-match losing streak with Wednesday's win against the Cardinals. The contest was decided in a third-set super tiebreaker at No. 5 singles when Sonia Madroñal Medina held off Luciana Di Laura by scores of 7-6 (7-4), 6-7 (2-7), 1-0 (10-3).
