SAN ANTONIO — The UTSA track & field teams will open the indoor season on Saturday, Jan. 16, when they compete in the H-Town SpeedCity Series at Yeoman Fieldhouse in Houston.
A partial squad of Roadrunners will compete against host Houston, Houston Baptist, North Texas and Tulane in the meet. Field events are scheduled to get underway with the women's high jump, men's shot put and women's weight throw all starting at 10 a.m. The first running event, the women's 60 meters, will begin at 1:30 p.m. with the meet projected to conclude at 4 p.
