SAN ANTONIO — The UTSA women’s basketball team will look to turn its luck around when the Roadrunners host UAB and Middle Tennessee over the weekend at the Convocation Center.
UTSA (4-8, 0-2 C-USA) heads into the weekend on its longest losing skid of the season with four straight losses. The Roadrunners went into overtime in their last outing and suffered a 49-48 heartbreaker to Rice. UTSA trailed most of the way but slowly made up the deficit in the fourth quarter to tie the game on a Crystal Chidomere layup. The Roadrunners scored only three times in their first overtime game of the year and were held scoreless the rest of the way.
