SAN ANTONIO -- The UTSA baseball team will open its run in the 2021 Conference USA Baseball Championships by facing No. 14 and second-seeded Louisiana Tech on Wednesday, May 26 at 4 p.m. live on ESPN+ at J.C. Love Field.
The winner will advance to face the winner of third-seeded Southern Miss and sixth-seeded Western Kentucky on Thursday, May 27 at 7:30 p.m. The loser falls in to the elimination game in the double-elimination bracket and will face the loser of the USM-WKU matchup at 4 p.m. at J.C. Love Field.
UTSA is coming off a weekend series at the Bulldogs, posting a 7-5 win in the series opener in Ruston, La.
