SAN ANTONIO — Ryan Bowie recorded his fourth double-double of the season with 23 points and a career-high 14 rebounds, but Cal Poly had seven players score in double figures to register an 88-73 win on Tuesday night at the Convocation Center.
Bowie went 9-of-16 with three 3-pointers on the night and scored 19 points in the second half to lead the Roadrunners (2-11), who closed non-conference play. Christian Wilson came off the bench to record 13 points and six boards, while Lucas O’Brien chipped in with 10 points.
Josh Martin, Luke Meikle, David Nwaba and Morgan Reese each finished with 12 points for the Mustangs (6-6), who recorded 23 assists and scored 38 points in the paint.
