A few days after he checked out UTSA earlier this month, Robert McKnight had a bunch of letters waiting for him at his northwest Louisiana residence.
UTSA’s coaching staff sent correspondence to the Bossier City (La.) Parkway junior running back they offered earlier in April. By the end of the month, McKnight had a message of his own for the Roadrunners.
McKnight announced his commitment to UTSA, the team’s fourth commitment this weekend and the third one on Sunday.

In the letters, the UTSA coaches told the 5-foot-11, 195-pound running back about playing in the team’s pro-style offense.
