SAN ANTONIO – UTSA sophomore outside hitter Bianca Ejesieme has been selected Conference USA Offensive Player of the Week, it was announced by the league office on Tuesday afternoon.
Ejesieme, a native of Rowlett, Texas, starred in UTSA's home-opening win on Sunday. She finished with a career-best 17 kills, six digs and a career-high five blocks, hitting for a .367 percentage.
On the year, Ejesieme is averaging 2.5 kills per set, with 13 digs and 10 blocks. A product of Garland High School, Ejesieme was named to the 2019 C-USA All-Freshman Team after totaling 1.
