The UTEP football gets a taste of the prime time and of the big time when it takes its shot at 8-0, No. 18 UTSA at the Sun Bowl on Saturday night.
The game has been moved to an 8:15 p.m. kickoff to accommodate a national television audience on ESPN2. It will also air over the radio on 600 ESPN El Paso.
With first place in Conference USA West at stake, this can reasonably be considered UTEP's biggest regular-season game since 2004 and perhaps UTSA's biggest regular-season game in its history.
