So much of UTEP’s season hinges on a starting quarterback entering his second year at the helm to turn potential and that rocket arm into production and consistency, and as fall camp moves past the halfway point, indications are that’s happening.
The good throws and right reads are more frequent, the giveaways have been minimized. This is what so much of a successful season will rely on.
