UTEP's 2022 Conference USA football schedule was finalized and it includes two teams who have told the league they are leaving for the Sun Belt before next season.
The schedule simply reverses sites from last year's schedule, meaning UTEP is set to host Southern Miss on Oct. 15 and travel to Old Dominion on Oct. 22. Those schools, along with Marshall, have announced plans to leave C-USA effective June 30, meaning they have said they won't be playing a C-USA slate next season.
“Conference USA intends to conduct the 2022-23 athletic year with the full 14 institution membership intact," the league said in a statement.
