The UTEP Miners soccer team dropped its second consecutive game in Conference USA play when they lost 3-0 to the Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders Sunday night at University Field.
UTEP (6-6-1) were unable to get things going as Middle Tennessee (7-2-1) controlled the game from start to finish.
“Every detail matters and every play you can’t take off in these conference games because they’ll come back to bite you,“ said senior goalkeeper Alyssa Palacios.
The Blue Raiders came out aggressive in the first half as they had a total of 13 shots, and five corner kicks.
