The list of area where the UTEP football team has to get better to have a chance Saturday against Charlotte is lengthy, but one sore spot soars to the top of the list.

Out of the 130 teams that play FBS football, UTEP is 130th in the percentage of times they get a stop. Opponents convert 54.5 percent of their third downs against them, which is a percent and a half lower than the next worst team, Kansas.
