UTEP Athletics announced the official addition of Little Rock, Arkansas guard Adrian Moore, and said the 2016 recruiting class is finalized.
Moore signed his LOI Saturday afternoon after visiting the UTEP campus late last week.
"Adrian has won at a high level and he's a very good athlete who plays hard," UTEP coach Tim Floyd said. "His skill level has improved each year that he has played. He's excited to be a part of our program and we're excited to have him."
