Sparkle Taylor's road to the WNBA has been steep and long, but the UTEP alum can see the top.
Since graduating from UTEP in 2017 she's had dominating seasons in Spanish leagues that earned her a training camp shot with the Chicago Sky last year. After being one of the final cuts, she had a standout season in Romania that earned her another shot with the Sky.
Taylor won't know until later this week if she's one of the 12 players on a final roster that currently stands at 19, but she started both preseason games, averaging 24 minutes and 6.
