UTEP just got another example of the uncertainty of these times as, one day after having their Sept. 5 opener against Texas Tech canceled, the start of their fall training camp was pushed back to Sunday.
The Miners were originally supposed to begin fall practices Friday afternoon, the traditional 31 days before their season kickoff. At the moment their new kickoff date is Sept. 12 at Nevada, and while UTEP could still start camp on Friday, they opted to push the first day back until Sunday.
The rest of their August training schedule has not yet been released.
