Linebacker Alvin Jones was suited up in Tuesday's practice, as he was a week ago, but he did not participate in team sessions. He did limited work in individual drills.
Tailback Aaron Jones (ankle) and cornerback Kalon Beverrly (hamstring) worked on a stationary bike with the strength and conditioning staff, Jones in shorts and Beverly in pads. True freshman Justin Rogers, who forced a fumble against Southern Miss, was starting in Beverly's place, while transfer John Charles was the backup corner.
"Aaron's a precautionary thing, we expect him to play in this game," coach Sean Kugler said.
