Ochai Agbaji scored 23 points and Christian Braun added 20 to lead Kansas past UTEP, 78-52, on Tuesday at the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, Missouri.
The Jayhawks, who are ranked No. 8 in the nation by the Associated Press and No. 7 in the Coaches Poll, improved to 7-1 on the season. UTEP, which has lost two straight, is 4-4. The all-time series between the two teams is now even at 3-3.
All six of Kansas' wins this year have been by double digits. The Jayhawks shot 53.6 percent from the field and outrebounded UTEP, 40-29.
