LAS CRUCES — Too many jump shots; not enough rebounds.

New Mexico State, big and quick and athletic, dominated UTEP on the boards and kept the Miners on the fringes all evening to take a 72-63 win in front of a feisty crowd of 6,069 fans.
It was the sixth straight win for the Aggies in this more than 100-year old series with the Miners.
