As he stepped on El Paso’s grounds for the first time, transfer quarterback from Fresno State, Zack Greenlee, did not leave his home state of California to be another number on a depth chart. Rather, the 6-foot gunslinger came to the Sun City to make a difference where difference needed to be made: at the quarterback position.
It seemed like perfect timing and a perfect place for Greenlee.
Back at Fresno State, the junior quarterback said he dealt with too many personnel difficulties with the program. He had battled all of the 2015 season for the starting gig, but did not receive complete playing time.
