ESPN: UTEP Assistant Bob Cantu in the mix for Arkansas State job

According ESPN's Jeff Goodman, his sources are saying UTEP assistant coach Bob Cantu has been linked to the opening at Arkansas State.

Former head coach John Brady announced in mid-November that we would resign at Arkansas State after eight years at the program.

CoachStat.net named Cantu as the #24th top assistant coach in the country, and has been UTEP's lead recruiter the past three seasons under Tim Floyd.

Cantu was also recently rated the #4 assistant coach in the country for mid-major programs by HoopScoop and Basketball Times.
