UTEP's football game at Rice has been delayed pending a second round of testing on participants, according to a press release issued by Rice.
It added that further information will be released when available.
The game was scheduled for an 11 a.m. Mountain time kickoff.
Neither Rice nor UTEP has had to postpone or cancel a game because of COVID problems in its program. Both teams are testing three times a week, which is per Conference USA protocol.
