The UTEP men's basketball team can win some big road games this year if it plays like it did in Saturday's 69-61 loss to Arizona.
What the Miners couldn't do was turn a good effort into a quality win, as they fell to 2-2. Arizona went to 5-0.
The Miners spent most of the game down between four and eight points, always in it but never able to have the ball with a chance for the lead.
How it went
Arizona used a pair of six-point runs in the first half to establish a 33-23 lead and the Miners spent the rest of the evening running on a treadmill.
