Bradley overcame a 14-point second half deficit to defeat UTEP, 73-66, in the championship game of the WestStar Don Haskins Sun Bowl Invitational on Wednesday night at the Don Haskins Center.
The Miners led 50-36, and then the Braves stormed back behind hot shooting from the 3-point line. The Braves were 12 of 21 from 3-point range and got a game-high 26 points from guard Terry Roberts, who was 8 of 17 from the field.
UTEP falls to 7-5, and its three-game winning streak ended. Bradley is 7-6 on the season.
