SALT LAKE CITY - Utah volleyball 2016 signee Bailey Choy has earned numerous postseason accolades following a tremendous season where she led her ‘Iolani Raiders high school squad to a state championship final appearance.
Choy, who signed a National Letter of Intent to play with the Utes beginning next fall, was named a Hawaii Fab 15 selection, she was named the Interscholastic League of Honolulu (ILH) Division I Player of the Year and most recently has been named the Hawaii Gatorade Player of the Year, according to USA Today.
“It is such a prestigious honor to be named player of the year from the state of Hawaii,” Utah head volleyball coach Beth Launiere said.
