SANTA BARBARA, Calif.- No. 51 Utah picked up its second straight win to start the spring season by a 4-3 score over No. 59 UC Santa Barbara.
The doubles tandem of Taylor Calton and Luisa Gerstner Da Rosa began the day with a 6-2 doubles win over UCSB's Jaimee Gilbertson and Melissa Baker. Sarah Richter and Alexia Petrovic clinched the point with a 7-6 (7-5) win over Amanda Atanasson and Lou Adler. In the third match, Margo Pletcher and Brianna Turley lost a tought 7-6 (7-5) decision to #27 Stefani Stojic and Palina Dubavets.
