SALT LAKE CITY – Five Utes hit double-digits in points as a balanced offense helped the University of Utah women’s basketball team claim a 71-55 victory over Colorado in its Power of Pink Game on Thursday in the Jon M. Huntsman Center.
Utah (13-9, 5-6 Pac-12) shot 46.2% from the field (30-65) and held Colorado to a 39.7 mark (23-58).
The Utes also earned a 42-34 edge in rebounding over the Buffaloes in the contest, the 18th time Utah has outrebounded its opponent in 22 games this season.
The Utes held the Buffaloes to a 1-for-5 night from 3-point range, while Utah shot 31.
