SALT LAKE CITY – Both Paige Crozon and Emily Potter turned in double-doubles, but the University of Utah women’s basketball fell short in a 72-54 decision to No. 15 Stanford on Senior Day Sunday in the Jon M. Huntsman Center.
Utah (15-12, 7-9 Pac-12) out-rebounded Stanford, 49-48. The Utes have out-rebounded their foes in 20 of 27 games this season.
Crozon turned in her 10th double-double of the season (also of her career) and recorded a team-high 15 points to go along with 10 rebounds to lead the Utes against the Cardinal.
