The Utes fell behind and battled back, but it wasn’t enough as they fell to Oregon in the Pac-12 title game Friday. Poor execution, injuries, and the lack of being able to make the big plays hurt the Utes.
Utah spent a large chunk of time on Oregon’s side of the field, but they struggled picking up short yardage situations to keep drives alive and convert them into points.
On defense, they played ok, but they allowed one too many big plays, especially the big touchdown run in the 4th that made it a two score game.
