The Utes bounced back from their loss against Butler with a 92-84 win over Montana State on Thursday night. Utah wasn’t able to put Montana State away throughout the game mostly due to the inconsistency on offense. At this point, I’m still not sure if the Utes have a “go to” guy on offense. Both Kyle Kuzma and Lorenzo Bonam can put the ball in the basket, but I’m not sure if they’re who you can throw the ball to in the closing seconds to get you a needed basket. Both did have solid nights Thursday, however.
The Utes had six players in double figures, led by an almost-triple double by Kuzma, who had 16 points, 15 rebounds and 9 assists.
