SALT LAKE CITY — Utah State left Salt Lake City with a tough loss on Friday night. Despite the loss, the Aggies were average in all three phases of the game. Unfortunately this was on a night where they needed to be great, if not perfect.

Offense: C+

Utah State scored its first two offensive touchdowns of the year against Utah. Unfortunately that is all the Aggies got. They made too many errors in the second half to find the end zone. Late in the game down 10 points, the Aggies turned it over twice inside their own 30-yard line and had a wide-open touchdown pass dropped.
