Utah picked up the second offensive line commit in its 2016 class after signing five in February, with Spokane offensive lineman Scott Peck pledging his commitment Wednesday.
Peck is a 6-foot-7, 280-pound tackle who is rated three stars by Scout, which lists offers from Washington State, Nevada and Army, among others.
Jim Harding, offensive co-coordinator and line coach, was first to tweet the news late Wednesday night and oversees recruiting in the Northern California and Pacific Northwest region — suddenly fruitful since his hire.
Peck joins Southern California's Tucker Scott in the 2016 class while true freshmen Darrin Paulo, Nick Carman, Johnny Capra and Keven Dixon work toward eventually replacing the seven of 10 offensive linemen on Utah's latest two-deep who are juniors and seniors.
