Welcome to signing day part two! The Utes kicked off the day announcing the signing of Draw Rawls, a three-star safety out of West Brook High School in Beaumont, Texas.
Rawls offer list isn’t impressive, with the likes of Tulsa and such, but if this is a Morgan Scalley kid then I have no doubt the kid can play. Rawls flipped his commitment from Tulsa to Utah actually last night, and of course signed today. No doubt a Pac-12 offer really helped sway Rawls almost on the spot.
Rawls film is mostly of him playing wide receiver, but when it gets to him being a DB, he plays the ball really well and looks the role of a center field safety.
