Utah's quarterback competition is one of the most exciting we've seen for a while, with Brandon Cox, Troy Williams and Tyler Huntley all competing for the right to lead the Utes in 2016. For many, it's presumed that the JC transfer Williams, a former Washington Husky, will win the job. Williams had a great season at Santa Monica last season, and appears to be the true dual threat that coaches and fans have been looking for. Yesterday, however, Williams had to sit out practice with an undisclosed injury. Obviously, it's only spring and it's not a giant deal for him to miss a practice this early on, however, it allows one of these other QBs to make a big impression on the coaches with the increased reps.
