After leading the Utes in a weekend road sweep, center Jakob Poeltl is the Pac-12's player of the week for a conference-best third time.
The sophomore had a sweet week, adding 14 points in Utah's 92-71 win over Washington State, then turning out a centerpiece performance with 29 points and 10 rebounds in an 80-75 win over first-place Washington.
It was Poeltl's best-ever Pac-12 scoring performance — and Utah's first-ever sweep of a two-game road trip in five seasons in the league.
"This year, in an environment like this, it's just an unbelievable feeling," Poeltl said after Sunday's win.
