Welp.
Late Friday night, we told you that Utah had received commitments from two coveted targets at Friday's satellite camp in Rancho Cucamonga, 2016 wideout/linebacker Davir Hamilton and running back Daevon Vigilant. That was based on solid information.
Indeed, director of player personnel Fred Whittingham tweeted the usual indicator that Utah has picked up a commitment: "It's a GREAT day to be a Ute!"
But there may have been a misunderstanding.
Saturday morning, Hamilton had yet to reference a commitment on Twitter (instead tweeting, "Taking all 5 of my trips"), and Vigilant told The Tribune that his recruitment is still open, and he wants to be 100 percent committed before he makes an announcement.
