SALT LAKE CITY- The University of Utah track and field team opens the 2015 indoor season this Saturday, Dec. 12 at the Jackson’s Open, hosted by Boise State University at the Jacksons Indoor Track Facility at the Ford Sports Center. Competition for the Utes is slated to begin at 11 a.m. with the 60-meter dash.
“I am excited to get the indoor season started with our sprinters, jumpers and hurdlers,” Utah head coach Kyle Kepler said. “They haven’t had any competition, unlike the distance runners, and this is their first chance to find out where they are at and where their training has taken them to at this point of the year.
