SALT LAKE CITY - The Utah men’s tennis team heads to Ojai, Calif., this week for the 2016 Pac-12 Championships. The Utes, ranked No. 71 in the nation, will open with No. 37 Washington in a first-round match at 3 p.m. PT on Wednesday.
The Utes are 17-9, their most wins in a season since 1988 and the best total since the NCAA limited competition dates to 25.
“It is great to be back in Ojai for the Pac-12 Championships,” head coach Roeland Brateanu said. We fighting for our last chance to extend the season and we always have great battles with Washington.
