ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.— Utah men's tennis went 2-1 this weekend, sweeping DePaul and New Mexico State but losing to the host Lobos.

In doubles action, Egbert Weverink and Santiago Sierra won their match at the No. 3 position but Jamey Swiggart and Parker McGuiness lost at the No. 2 position. This set up a winner-take-all match at No. 1 with Matt Cowley and Dan Little rising to the occasion and earning the point with a 7-6 (4) victory.
