SUNCADIA, Wash. – The Utah men’s golf team carded a 30-over par, (302) on Monday and currently sit in seventh-place following two rounds of play at the Husky Invitational, which is being held at the Tumble Creek Club at Suncadia Resort.
Utah carded a 17-over par (301) in the first round, but then turned around to shave five strokes off their score with a 12-over par (296) in round two at the 6,887-yard, par 71 course.
The Utes will head into Tuesday’s final round of action 20 strokes behind Oregon State, who leads the tournament with a two-round score of 9-over par (577).
