SALT LAKE CITY — For the second straight week and third time this season, the three major in-state college football programs all won.
Utah State forced eight Boise State turnovers in a 52-26 win to take the driver's seat in the MWC Mountain Division race.
BYU fell behind early to Cincinnati, but stormed back behind quarterback Tanner Mangum to win 38-24.
And despite a normally strong special teams unit giving up big plays to the Sun Devils, the Utes defeated Arizona State 34-18.
In other games this week, LSU used a fake field goal to beat Florida 35-28 and Notre Dame beat USC 41-31.
