Utah senior kicker Andy Phillips was named today to the Lou Groza Award Watch List, the award given to the nation's top kicker. Phillips has already been named a preseason All-American, and Phil Steele named Phillips the top special teams player. Phillips joins teammates defensive linemen Kylie Fitts and Lowell Lotulelei on preseason award watch lists. Fitts and Lotulelei were named earlier this week to the Bednarik Award Watch List.

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.—Utah senior kicker Andy Phillips, a three-time Lou Groza Collegiate Place-Kicker Award semifinalist and two-time All-Pac-12 selection, has been named to the watch list for the 2016 Lou Groza Award.
