2018 Utah football commit San Marcos (Calif.) Mission Hills four-star quarterback Jack Tuttle qualified today for the Opening Final in Beaverton, Ore. from June 28-July 3. Tuttle was one of the best looking quarterbacks at the Elite 11 Final over the weekend and was selected as one of the 12 quarterbacks for the Opening Final. Tuttle, who is ranked the No. 165 recruit in the country by the 247Sports Composite Ranking, was outstanding in the three days at the Elite 11.
