Football, spring style, is here! The 2022 Utes will showcase themselves, albeit limitedly, Saturday at Rice-Eccles Stadium. Since the Utes are bringing back so many of the guys from 2021, we’ll probably see limited action from the primary guys, which is the norm in spring games.
We’ll see a lot of Bryson Barnes and Jaquinden Jackson taking the reps at QB as they battle for the No. 2 spot behind Cam Rising. The story on Jackson is that he’s made significant strides, and I can’t wait to see how he stacks up with Barnes, who had an impressive showing in the Rose Bowl.
