SALT LAKE CITY — In heartbreaking fashion, Utah let the South division slip away as the Oregon Ducks came back and beat the Utes 30-28 Saturday afternoon.
The following is a grading of Utah’s play on Saturday.
Offense: D+
Utah played one of the worst defenses in the Pac-12 and couldn’t move the chains, particularly in the second half when it mattered the most. Utah did manage an extra 14 points in the second half, including a late-game 30-yard touchdown from Troy Williams to Evan Moeai, but had too many drives that ended with a three and out.
