SALT LAKE CITY—
The Utah football team has announced the signing of three players to offers of financial aid for 2016. All three plan to graduate from high school at the semester and enroll in Utah for the spring term.
Quarterback Tyler Huntley (6-1, 180) and wide receiver Demari Simpkins (5-10, 176) are teammates at Hallandale High School in Miramar, Fla. Also committing to Utah is offensive lineman Scott Peck (6-6, 312) from Spokane Valley, Wash. (Central Valley HS).
Huntley, the 2015 Florida Gatorade Football Player of the Year, went 34-10 as a four-year starter, passing for 9,053 yards and 106 touchdowns in his career.
