No. 3 Utah goes to 6-1 and 3-1 in Pac-12 Conference play with a 42-24 loss at USC. Utah is now 4-10 all-time against USC. The Utes are 17-23 in league games as a member of the Pac-12 Conference.
Utah is 16-3 when ranked in the top 10 of the Associated Press poll.
Freshman Britain Covey had a season-high 129 receiving yards (seven catches) and two touchdowns (66 and 30 yards). His 66-yard touchdown catch was the longest of this season.
